Hi! My name is Rylen Eastlack, and I play Goalkeeper for Legends FC SD, wearing #0. In goal, I am a dominating presence who has great command of the penalty area and space behind the back line. I have outstanding range on crosses and through balls with the ability to get to high balls served into dangerous areas and collect final passes played through the last line. I am a technically sound shot stopper that can get to low and high balls with great effectiveness. I am extremely comfortable with my feet and pride myself on being a plus one player in our team’s build up play and also starting attacks with my distribution. I am an assertive and dependable leader, and I pride myself on bringing focus and intensity to all that I do. I love being part of this great group of players and always place my team first.

I am in the class of 2028 at Cathedral Catholic High School where I take several honors and AP classes and carry a 4.4 GPA. Beyond soccer, I am a multi-sport athlete who played 7 years of competitive softball and won a district and state championship at age 13. At Cathedral, I currently play Varsity Flag Football, and I also compete in Varsity Track and Field, where we were Western League and CIF champs this past spring. Additionally, I am a catalyst for positive change in my community and enjoy being a “Buddy” for Miracle League San Diego as well as an Executive VP and Event Leader for Female Athlete Volunteers, a 200+ member, all-girl-run philanthropic organization that partners with several San Diego charities to make an impact in the lives of those around us.

My goal is to play college soccer at an institution that blends excellence in both academics and athletics. I believe I can make a meaningful impact at the college level.
